About NZ Story
New Zealand Story is a government initiative launched in 2013 to help develop and grow New Zealand's international marketing brand. It's a practical guide that started life as a much more philosophical document. We believe our environment, our integrity and our thinking defines who we are as a nation and we refer to this framework as Open Spaces, Open Hearts, Open Minds. In practical terms, it's about capturing that open, honest, can-do Kiwi spirit and providing New Zealand businesses with the tools and resources to help communicate these unique attributes to international markets.
KO TATOU NEI - IT'S WHO WE ARE
New Zealand is a progressive nation of creative idea-makers delivering new solutions, while always caring for people and place. Our story is grounded in our values – it's who we are, what we stand for and what we offer the world. Good things come from our country and the more the world knows about these, the greater chance we have to grow our global reputation.
Find out how New Zealand is using compelling storytelling to grow visitor numbers and the national economy this Thursday 23 May for a casual chat with visiting speaker Rebecca Smith director of New Zealand Story, a NZ Government initiative to enhance the country's international reputation beyond natural beauty.
Hors d'oeuvre & wines included.
